Payment + Refunds

Pre-made themes will be paid for at checkout and received immediately after. If you are not emailed a download link and/or the link does not work, please contact us. Note: all downloads must be made on a desktop computer, it will not work on mobile.

No returns are accepted due to the nature of the digital goods. Refunds are not given for any reason but in certain cases, a design credit may be issued.

Services such as Theme Installation are flat fees and will be paid for after the theme is purchased.

Services such as Custom Styling will be quoted after the details of the request and scope of work are considered.

We accept credit cards and debit cards through PayPal. A PayPal account is not required for checkout. Should you have an issue with your payment, please get in touch with us before placing your order.

Please be sure to thoroughly review the theme demos and the purchase page with information before purchasing.

Pre-Orders

With pre-ordered themes, we will update you with a tentative date as soon as possible. Once the theme package is ready, we will send the download link to the email address registered at the time of purchase.

If you’ve selected an interest in a Theme Installation, you will be receive info + payment link along with your theme package.

Our Theme Installation service is an additional $90 and will be scheduled after payment. If you no longer need the service, you can let us know that at time.

Pricing + Exclusivity

All set prices – Theme Designs and Installations – are subject to change (including price raises and sales).

LGHTLY will only sell 25 issue of each theme. “Out of Stock” themes will not be re-stocked. 5 of the 25 issues are reserved for Pre-Order.

Support

Support included with your theme purchase:
Access to your theme’s documentation
Fixes and patches to our themes due to WordPress updates

Support NOT included in your theme purchase
Design customizations   [ see: Custom Styling ]
General WordPress questions via email
Third-party plugins
Issues arising from user modifications to the theme’s code, styling or functionality

Requesting Support

Support must be requested through the proper channels to be received and responded to.
To request support, please send an email to support@lghtly.co.
We are unable to respond to support requests sent through other channels (Facebook, Instagram, direct email, text message, etc.)

Support Access

To resolve certain support issues, we will need temporary access to your site. We will not access any of the private information while performing tests beyond CSS, html and layout information. Customization or additional changes will not qualify as support.

Support Hours + Turnaround

We respond to support requests from Monday to Friday, and aim to respond to all questions within 24 hours. Please understand that more technical questions may take longer.

Browser Compatibility + Testing

All designs are scanned for issues in the latest browser versions: Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Opera. Each theme is tested before being packaged for sale, but it’s possible we missed something. We work hard to resolve any bugs that are reported to us as soon as possible, and will include the appropriate patches in the next theme update.

Customizations

Each theme has varying customization options (such as uploading a logo in place of the header text). However, these themes do not have the built-in capabilities to view and swap out fonts and colors like website builders.

Please understand that all design decisions have been thoughtfully made by us to create a beautiful theme in both aesthetics and code under the hood – we strongly encourage you to use features and functionalities of the theme as they were intended, as opposed to trying to modify it into something that looks and functions differently.

However, by purchasing a theme, you can modify it as you like (so long as the LGHTLY credit remains on at the bottom of the site) whether it’s:
a) adding plugins or getting into the stylesheet yourself and making changes
or
b) requesting us to make the customizations for you (we highly recommend this route!)

We understand that you may want to make it more of your own and we can help you with that. Send us an email with details and we will get back to you with a quote.

* As outlined in the Support section of our terms, we cannot provide support for any theme that has been modified by you or someone else – if wires get crossed and something isn’t working properly, we recommend you upload the original theme package. *

Additional Services (Add-Ons)

Theme Installation

Get your new theme installed and setup by us by selecting the add-on Theme Installation when you go to buy the design. Our installation service includes everything you need to get your new site set up just like the theme’s demo site and therefore easier for you to input your own content.

Theme Installation includes the following:
Upload and activation of the theme
Import of demo content, including pages, portfolio, posts, menus (please note that placeholders will be used instead of the demo photos)
Site testing + troubleshooting w browser sizes / devices

Theme Installation does NOT include:
Design customizations   [ see: Custom Styling ]
Uploading or migration of any existing website content
User-specific configuration of the theme, including menus, social media links, logos, etc.
Purchase or setup of a domain name
Purchase or setup of hosting
Installation of WordPress.org

Installations of LGHTLY themes will not be done on existing sites with existing content.

Admin level login credentials will be provided at the time of scheduling.

By purchasing our Theme Installation service, you agree to these terms.

Custom Styling

Specify your customization requests at the time of purchase or any time purchase by getting in touch and we will send you a quote. All design customizations of the theme will be made after the installation of your theme AS IS.

We will need temporary access to your website via FTP to make styling changes.

Additional Services Termination

In the event of an install order being cancelled before the service takes place, you will be refunded the total value of the Installation service.

Due to the nature of digital goods, you will not be refunded the value of the theme files.
